Accountant and Tax Advisor – The Managing Director
Gemma is a qualified accountant with over 24 years’ experience, and is in charge of all clients work and all clients’ tax affairs. She spends her time working with the company’s clients, encouraging business growth, looking at access to finance, and advising clients of tax savings and allowances available to them.
She also spends her time working with struggling businesses and helps business owners understand their Management Information and margins.
Her main ‘at the desk’ role is checking all final accounts, company and personal tax returns, working on projections, cash flow forecasting and company secretarial work.
Gemma works full time and is based in the office in Grange, but also works out of the office with clients.
Having spent 10 years working for two accountancy firms, Gemma set the business up in 2004 with the aim to offer services differently to other firms ‘I set the business up in 2004, not just to offer an accountancy and taxation service but to offer a business support service. We work differently here; we look at all aspects of your business and then package up a service to suit, fixing fees with menu pricing and preparing accounts periodically’
